Privacy Policy

In short

• You can read the site without registering or sharing any personal data.
• If you send an enquiry, we receive your email, the task description, and any attached files — only to reply and discuss the task.
• Google Analytics is used for visit statistics, and Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from spam.
• Data is never sold or used for advertising.

Enquiries

The form on the Contact page sends:

• your email — so we can reply;
• the task description;
• files, if you attach any;
• the section of the site the form was opened from (for example, “services”) — to understand the context.

The enquiry is delivered by email to a business mailbox. It is not stored in the site database, and files are deleted from the server right after the email is sent. Emails are delivered by the Brevo mail service; correspondence is kept in a Google (Gmail) mailbox.

Correspondence is kept as long as it is needed to discuss and complete the task. It will be deleted at your request.

Visit statistics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. They collect pseudonymous visit data: pages viewed, referral source, device and browser, approximate location based on IP address.

Site actions are recorded separately: enquiry sent (without the enquiry text or email), email link click, going to the form, language switch.

Google Analytics stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies in your browser. You can disable collection in browser settings, with a blocker, or with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

Form protection

The Contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA v3. To tell people from bots, it evaluates behaviour on the page and sends browser data and the IP address to Google. reCAPTCHA is not loaded on other pages.

Technical data

The hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, page address, browser. They are needed for security and to keep the site running.

The site itself sets no cookies for visitors. Fonts and scripts are served from the site’s own server; the only external services are those listed above.

Your rights

You can ask what data about you is held, have it corrected or deleted, or opt out of further correspondence. Email mail@razrabotchik.com — you will receive a reply within 30 days.

This policy is updated together with the site. The current version is always on this page; the version date is shown at the top.
